Biographies:
Stevan Spalević (Niš, 1983) finished primary and secondary school of music in his home town in the class of professor Milena Rajković. In 2007 he graduated and completed master diploma at the Academy of arts in Novi Sad in the class of professor Svetlana Bogino. He completed Ph. D studies at the Faculty of Music in Belgrade in the class of professor Aleksandar Serdar and professor Sonja Marinković. In 2018 he completed Postgraduate studies at the Scuola di Musica Fiesole in Florence in the class of Bruno Canino. During his studies he won numerous prizes in Serbia as well as abroad, to mention few: First prize at the Republic competition in chamber music category with trio “Skriveni cvet”, Belgrade, Serbia, 2001; Laureate at the International competition “Mihajlo Vukdragović” in Šabac, Serbia 2002; Laureate at “EPTA – Scriabin & Bartok” competition in Belgrade, Serbia 2005; Semifinalist at “Alexander Scriabin” competition in Grosseto, Italy, 2006; Laureate at International music competition “Davorin Jenko” in piano duo category with duo “Stevan Nemanja”, Belgrade, Serbia, 2016. He worked as an assistant at the piano department at the Academy of arts in Novi Sad in school terms 2005/06 and 2006/07. He has been studying with number of professors at master classes. Spalević has performed in Spain, Germany, Austria, Italy, Bulgaria, Bosnia & Herzegovina, North Macedonia as well as in important concert halls in Serbia. He appeared three times as a soloist in Piano concertos by Mozart, Beethoven and Brahms with Niš Symphony Orchestra conducted by Vanesa Kremenović and Svilen Simeonov. As a conductor, Spalević had his debut with Symphonic orchestra “Amoroso & friends” at the National Theater in Leskovac, Serbia, and appeared as a conductor and a pianist with the City Chamber orchestra “Carica Teodora” in Niš. He is a member of a piano duo “Stevan Nemanja” with a pianist Nemanja Egerić with whom he won several first prizes in 2016 at competitions in Serbia. From 2008 to 2014, he was working as a Senior Artistic Associate – accompanist at the wind instruments department at the Faculty of arts in Niš (accompanying flute, clarinet and horn). From 2014 to 2016 he was working as an Assistant and from 2016 as a professor at the piano department at the Faculty of arts in Niš.

Marta Kržič began her musical education at the Vrhnika Music School and continued at the Ljubljana Secondary School of Music and Ballet, where she completed her piano studies with distinction in the class of Prof. Majda Martinc, as well as music theory in the class of Prof. Janez Osredkar. She continued her piano studies at the Academy of Music in Ljubljana, where she graduated with distinction in the class of Prof. Tanja Zrimšek and later completed her postgraduate studies under Prof. Aci Bertoncelj. She further refined her skills with professors Johannes Kropfitsch, Rita Kinki, Arbëreshë Valdma, and Jacob Lateiner.
With the quintet Adamsi, she received several awards at international competitions in Prague, Pula, Trieste, and Castelfidardo, and recorded a CD. As a pianist, she contributed to the creation of several recorded musical fairy tales by Janez Bitenc. As a soloist, she performed multiple times with the Vevče Paper Mill Wind Orchestra at the Slovenian Philharmonic and recorded a CD with them. She occasionally collaborates in various chamber ensembles and is a member of the Intertempora trio. She regularly performs with accordionist Dejan Mesc. In the piano duo Art-Emin, she collaborates with pianist Benjamin Govžet. She performs in concerts both at home and abroad.
As a senior lecturer at the Academy of Music in Ljubljana, she teaches complementary piano (for the departments of music education, choral and orchestral conducting, composition, sacred music, organ, voice, and recorder). She has been invited several times as a jury member to international complementary piano competitions in Niš. Her students are recipients of numerous first prizes, laureate titles, and special awards for the best performance of a competition piece.
