Biography:
Vuk Dragičević was born in 1996, in Novi Sad, Serbia. He started learning the guitar when he was 11 and had finished his elementary and high school education at one of Serbia’s most renowned music schools, Josip Slavenski Music School, in the class of a well known Serbian guitarist and pedagogue, Slobodan Milivojević. Whilst in high school, he won prizes at several state and international competitions, some of them being: 1st prize at the Guitar Art Festival (2013,2015) and Vojvodina Guitar Festival (2013,2014), 1st prize at the Serbian State Competition (2012, 2014, 2015-chamber music category, guitar duo), 1st prize at the prestigious competition organized by the Association of Music and Ballet Schools of Serbia; 1st prize at the Sarajevo International Guitar Festival, 1st prize at the Subotica Guitar Open Festival, 2nd prize at the Guitar Art Festival (2014), 2nd prize at the Banja Luka Guitar Festival (2012).
During his high school education, he gained the opportunity to perform as a soloist with the School’s string orchestra, succesfully performing F. Carulli’s Concerto in A major.
He had his first half recital when he was 16 years old, and a full recital when he was 18 years old. Since then he had been performing in concerts regularly.
After graduating from high school, he went to college, to study for his Bachelor and Master degrees with the highly esteemed Serbian guitar professor Srđan Tošić, on the Faculty of Music in Belgrade. During the course of his studies at the Faculty of Music in Belgrade (and after the stuides), he had given recitals throughout the region,  some of them being at the Naissus Guitar Festival (2018), Nikšić Guitar Festival (2017), Vojvodina Guitar Festival (2020,2023), 50th edition of the “Kalemegdanski sutoni” festival in Belgrade (2018), Convivium Musicum festival in Kragujevac (2018), Pančevo Guitar Festival (2019), Kyustendil Guitar Festival (2019), Carniarmonie music festival  in Italy (2019), Nei Suoni dei Luoghi music festival in Italy (2019), Montenegro Guitar Festival (2021).
He always had a great interest in chamber music, striving to broaden his repertoire, and the very idea of experiencing music with another musician/musicians has been of his great interest. He had performed in a couple of ensembles: guitar and cello (performing a wide range of repertoire, from baroque to 20th century), guitar trio (performing mostly the music form the 20th and 21st century) and with a guitarst/singer (performing specifically the music from the English Rennaissance, arranged for two guitars, and guitar and voice).
One of his most memorable performances was with the SO of Radio and Television of Serbia, performing J. Rodrigo’s “Concierto de Aranjuez”.
