Founded in 2021, the Belgrade Piccolo Weekend (BPW) is a prestigious international festival dedicated exclusively to the piccolo flute. Based in the Belgrade Philharmonic Hall, BPW serves as a vital meeting point for world-renowned soloists, professors, and aspiring young artists.
Mission of the Festival is to provide top-tier education through intensive masterclasses and to promote the instrument’s rich solo repertoire. Through its unique “Piccolo Studio” workshops and international competition, the festival continues to inspire a new generation of flutists to explore the expressive power of the smallest member of the flute family.
